We have issued a fix for the data processing delay and ar currently consuming unprocessed data. The issue is causing alarms to be delayed in the UI for approximately 2.4% of our customers. Phone calls and push notifications from EcoStruxure Asset Advisor are unaffected. No data has been lost.

We have identified an issue with our data processing infrastructure affecting a limited group of customers and are working on a fix.
The issue is causing alarms to be delayed in the UI for approximately 2.4% of our customers.

Phone calls and push notifications from EcoStruxure Asset Advisor are unaffected.

No data has been lost.

Our data processing infrastructure is running behind which is causing inaccuracies in the data shown.
No data has been lost and the system should catch up shortly.
