Unable to use SMS second factor for some countries

Resolved

Due to a configuration error with our SMS provider users from certain countries have been unable to sign up with SMS as their second factor. Using the EcoStruxure IT app or a thirdparty authentication app still worked.

Contries affected:
Taiwan (+886), Curaçao (+599), Morocco (+212), Azerbaijan (+994), Guinea (+224), Ivory Coast (+225), Algeria (+213) and Mozambique (+258)

The issue is resolved and users from the above countries should be able to use SMS as their second factor again.
